Tri-Valley Diamond Dawgs undefeated in conference play with a

Scotties up 17 – 0. After a 1,2 3 bottom
of the 5th, the game was ended on a
mercy, giving Tri-Valley and Kaufman a
shut-out victory.
On Saturday the 12th, Tri-Valley took
a trip to Millersburg to play the West
Holmes Varsity Knights. The Dawgs got
on the board first in the top of the 3rd in-
ning with three runs on two errors. They
came back in the top of the 5th to grab
a run off of a single by Ryan Lamonica
and two more runs off of an error to end
the top of the inning up 6 – 1. The final
score of the game for the Scotties came
on another error in the top of the 6th.
The Knights landed one more run before
the end of the game, but the Dawgs took
the 7 – 2 win.
Earlier in the week, Tri-Valley lost a 2 –
0 game against the Hiland Hawks after
winning back-to-back conference games
over the Philo Electrics in the form of a
21 – 1 win on Tuesday the 8th. In that
game Brady Kaufman had four RBIs. The
Scotties scored nine runs on five hits in
