Vs. Warren (2/20)
The Lil’ Muskies traveled to Vincent,
Ohio Friday to face the Warren Warriors.
Minutes into the game, John Glenn had
full control of the ball, rumbling forward
to an 18 – 8 lead at the end of the first
period. Momentum was not a problem
for the Muskies as they climbed to a 33
– 17 lead by the halftime buzzer.
The Warriors put up their largest quar-
ter after the break with 21 points, but
the Muskies wouldn’t be topped, putting
up a 30-point quarter, leading 63 – 38
after three. As the game wound to an
end, the Muskies had built a deficit too
big for anyone to surpass, and they won
the matchup 80 – 51.
Stehl Bates was the lead scorer
against Warren with 25 points, Cooper
Briggs put up 16 points, and CJ Dolan
had 15.
