PASTOR MIKE ROBINSON
FREE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT ON Dear Friend,
WEEKENDS Today we come to the last in our series of four characteristics of biblical baptism
taken from the book of Acts. (Acts 8:26-39)
As you may recall the first characteristic was that a candidate for baptism must
meet the minimum requirement. He must be saved. A born again Christian.
Secondly, a new believer must possess the right motive for baptism. Simply, that
of obedience to our Lord’s command that all believers be baptized. (Matt 28:19-20)
There is no saving grace in baptism. It is not a necessary part of salvation.
TUESDAYS Rather, an identification with Christ and his church. (Rom 10:10)
Next, a new believer should be baptized by total immersion. This is the only
