Children at the Dresden Branch Library on July 23rd were treated to a story read by Chase Watts, founder of Books With Badges. The Books With Badges reading program was created with the primary goal of building trust and positive relationships between elementary age students and emergency personnel. Since starting the program in 2016, over 6,500 students have been impacted by the generosity and kindness of this wonderful organization.
