On July 22nd and 23rd the Tri-Valley Youth Softball teams competed in the Maysville Summer-Slam tournament. The 12u, 10u, and 8u teams fought through several brackets at Avondale Park. The girls had their share of ups and downs throughout the tournament but they had fun and in the end that is all that matters. The girls 8u team came away with 2nd place after a hard battle against Maysville that ended in extra innings. Likewise, the 12u team beat Maysville 11-2, then lost to Trimble 8-4 to finish 3rd place. We are proud of all three girls teams, Great Job Scotties!
