On another balmy October evening, the Scotties were not letting the heat get to them as they scored early on West Muskingum to start off the first half of the game 1 – 0 against the Tornadoes. West Muskingum put up a good fight blocking and taking possession of the ball a good number of times but they were just not able to get past the Scotties defense.
There were several attempts on the West Muskingum goal that fell short but the Scotties kept pressuring their opponents. Just before the half, the DAWGS picked up another goal off of the head of #7 forward Parker Dinan. The tornadoes tried to recover with a couple of goal attempts but they were stopped each time to end the half 2 – 0 Scotties.
In true MVL champ style, the DAWGS did not let up, picking up another head shot off of #19 Dylan Rupuyan. Though they battled hard the Tornadoes never made it onto the scoreboard, and the Scotties won 3 – 0. With this win the Tri-Valley Boys Varsity Soccer team ended their season with an outstanding 13wins, 2 draws, and 1 loss record and they were 10-0 in MVL play.
