Joy and Allen are pleased to introduce members of our new team. We have searched for five years and believe we have assembled the best group of people to serve our future guests.
MEET DAN RICHARDS
Dan is our Engineer. He is responsible for the smooth operation of the physical plant. A longtime resident of Dresden, Dan has many year’s experience with heating, air conditioning, building maintenance, and just about everything that makes a building function well. Dan lives on a nearby farm where he and his wife, Mary, care for various animals and children. We feel lucky to have him join us.
MEET HEATHER REICHART
Heather is our Assistant Innkeeper. She will work with Joy in all aspects of guest services. She will also help Dan and Allen with their work in the garden and in the building. Heather is a graduate of Tri-Valley High School here in Dresden and a longtime resident of this part of Ohio. She is the mother of two delightful children. A hard worker with a wonderful “can do,” attitude.
We feel fortunate to have been able to locate these two individuals and to have convinced them to join us. In a small operation like our Inn, everybody will do everything, including things beyond their primary responsibilities. We all know that each guest has to leave feeling that we exceeded their expectations. That means working together and smiling through it all.
