Girls ranging from 5 yrs old to 6th grade took part in the Biddy League Cheer Clinic this winter put on by the Tri-Valley High School Cheer Leaders. At the end of the clinic the participants got to perform their routine in front of the halftime crowd at Saturday, February 2nd’s Boys Varsity Basketball game.
Before the halftime show the girls were all practicing their routines in the old gymnasium in the High School. And although the girls were all very small, they made enough noise with their cheers to fill the entire space and overpower your eardrums!
Showtime came and the girls, albeit timid and shy ran out onto the court to put on a show. The routine was a great success and a great boost in team spirit for all Scotties fans! Keep up the good work girls and we look forward to you joining the High School Cheer squad in the years to come!
