Boat owners may now renew their “2019” watercraft registrations. Registrations may be renewed with the ODNR by internet or mail, but there could be a ten (10) to fifteen (15) day wait for decals to arrive. To renew them in person, go to the Muskingum County Title Office located at 22 North 5th St., Zanesville, Ohio. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
