Rehab and Associates is offering free sports physicals on Saturday, April 27th from 9-12 pm and again on Friday, May 3rd from 3-6 pm. Necessary forms must be brought to the visit. Clinic is located at 105 W. Dave Longaberger Ave. (in the plaza beside the old Dollar General). Another opportunity for free physicals will be offered to students entering grades 7-12 on May 18th at 8:00 am at 2854 Bell Street in Zanesville. No appointments needed.
