Lepi & Associates Real Estate Services held a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on April 18, 2019 at their new main office location at 1257 Maple Ave Zanesville, Ohio. The Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce and several other business members and associates were on hand and kicked off the event with President Dana Matz from the Chamber, welcoming Lepi & Associates into their new office and applauding their commitment to the community in the restoration of this facility.
The Lepi offices are an open, new age concept with walls of glass, and a lot of collaborative work areas that Bobbi Lepi, Owner and Broker of the company, says she hopes will allow their agents to work together comfortably and better serve their clients. Lepi also addressed the crowd that the gym and healthy atmosphere they are providing is a cooperative effort to enforce some of the pillars of our community that the Muskingum County Community Foundation is striving to promote and advance within our region.
Lepi & Associates has over 40 agents and this new location, Lepi says, will provide them an opportunity to have all their services under one roof. “Our previous location, thanks to Jeff Koehler, was a great place to start off in the Zanesville market, 11 years ago, with 5 agents, but today, our company needed more space and better parking for our customers, those were primary factors in the move”.
The new office is open 8-6:00 Monday through Friday and 10AM to 2PM on Saturdays. Lepi says their agents are available 24/7 and their website, lepirealestate.com offers online agent assistance many hours of the day also. Lepi also has branch offices in Dresden and New Concord.
