Tri-Valley girls varsity golf is having a great season with the MVL in site as they hold their record at 6-1-1 after Monday nights 2nd place tie with Crooksville at Eaglesticks in Zanesville, edged out by the Sheridan team who were having an exceptional evening and ending score of 199 to TV and Crooksville’s 214 score. Great job to senior Laine Welker who shot a 42, and and senior Katie Shawger who shot a 48.
“It is great to see so many girls out on the course and having a good time” stated Tri-Valley head coach Erin Welker.
MVL team West Muskingum Tornadoes didn’t have a girls team last year so it was good to see them on the course at Vista Golf Course over the weekend.
