On Monday, September 23rd, the Tri-Valley varsity volleyball team took on Indian Valley at home in Dresden. The girls put up a good fight in the first two matches losing the first match by 3 and the second match by 5 points, but were not able to come out on top against the very aggressive Indian Valley team.
On Tuesday, September 24th, the Lady Dawgs travelled to New Lexington to battle the Panthers on their home court. The first match against New Lex was a nail-biter with a the score ending out 27-25. The Scotties came back to win the second match by two points . New Lexington did not back down however, coming back to win the next two matches by increasing numbers. Ultimately the Scotties lost 3 matches to 1.
The Lady Dawgs are regrouping to face Meadowbrook on Saturday, September 28th.
