Frazeysburg Lions Club will be having it 40th Soup Supper and Public Auction on October 19, 2019 to support the club project for Tri-Valley Students.
All Diners and Bidders are welcome to come this evening to Frazeysburg Elementary School 120 East Third Street at the east end of town to support this club project.
The club is in the process of collecting New Merchandise for this year’s public auction. If you would like to donate handmade items, bake goods, gift certificates, tools, sport items, or any other new items please contact in the Dresden area Lion Jeff Garver 740-607-8276, Frazeysburg area Lion Gerald Howard 740-828-2944, or Lion Dan Osborn 740-828-2313 or email liondan@outlook.com. Or any other Lion members. Need items need turned in by October 12, so a list of auction items and sponsors can be made up for the night of the auction.
The Lions Club will be serving sandwiches, soups and desserts from 4:30 p.m. to ??? and the auction will start at 6:30 p.m.
Over the past years, the club has been able to award 84 scholarships to Tri-Valley seniors at the annual Tri-Valley Senior Award day for a total of $56,500.00. The club has helped by purchasing many pairs of glasses for Tri-Valley students that need assistance.
