The Scotties have had another great season, and for the seniors especially, their entire high school soccer experience has been next to none with this being the fourth straight year that they are crowned the MVL champions.
On Tuesday, October 8th, the boys headed to John Glenn to face off against the Little Muskies and they came home the MVL Champs for the 4th time in as many seasons.
The game against the muskies was a very tight race with each team scoring only two goals all the way up to the last 4 minutes of the game. With four minutes on the clock #13 Oliver Oseguera landed a tie-breaking shot to final the score at 3 – 2 for Tri-Valley and to lock in the MVL title.
#4 Senior Brady Baker, and #8 senior Dustin Watts each had a goal in the game and #45 Tyler McClellan had four saves.
As they head forward, the Scotties only have one more regular season game against Marietta on Saturday, October 12th. After that they dive into the tournament playoffs in a one and done setup. The Scotties are ready for the challenge and they hope to make it deep into the playoff brackets this year.
