One of the biggest Junior High School wrestling invitationals in the area was held at the Tri-Valley High School on Saturday, January 4th. Over 37 Schools from Ohio and six other midwestern states attended the all-day invite that presented 912 wrestling bouts in both the old and new Gymnasium at the High School.
The three top schools from the invitational were Shamrock Wrestling from the Akron, Ohio area, Burnett Trained Wrestling from Perrysburg, and Columbus DeSales Middle School. It was a packed facility with a lot of family and spectators in both Gyms to watch these young athletes.
