Girls aged 5 and up attended the winter cheer camp put on by the high school cheerleading squad. This camp has been happening annually for over 10 years. This year the cheerleaders split up into groups with the 32 girls that signed up for the camp to dance, learn chants, play games, learn motions and jumps. Each of the girls got to enjoy snacks at the camp on Saturday, January 25th and they will get t-shirts commemorating their time at the camp. Be sure to stop out Friday, January 31st, at the High School varsity boys basketball game half-time to see the girls in action as they perform for the crowd.
