Indian Mud Run Volunteer Pow Wow

Have you ever imagined what it would be like to be a part of a world-class event that takes place close to home? The Indian Mud Run (IMR) is looking to grow it’s volunteer Tribe and invites you to join them on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at 5pm for an informal, informational get together. We will be welcoming all who are interested, and past volunteers, at the fellowship hall at New Life Ministries on South Seventh Street in Coshocton. There will be light refreshments served as well.

The Indian Mud Run is held annually on the Saturday after Father’s Day and welcomes athletes from nearly every state, Canada and beyond. The course is a one-of-a-kind adventure in the sport of obstacle course racing combining natural and man-made obstacles to challenge all fitness levels. The IMR weekend is also one of the largest, most exciting tourism weekends Coshocton County experiences every year. It is a great opportunity for all ages to get involved by helping us welcome and take care of our guests during race day.

Volunteers are key to making IMR a huge success and there is a place for everyone no matter age or physical ability. Spots available range from parking, festival area attendants, finish line crew, timing and the coveted obstacle marshall! Not only will you be helping give back to our beautiful park district and volunteer fire departments, you will be inspired and enthralled by those who are competing! Please plan to attend the get together to hear from other Tribe members, have your questions answered, reserve your spot and see what we have in store for our Tribe in 2020 on Saturday, June 27th!

If you are unable to attend you can call Amy Taylor, event coordinator, at 740.502.7208 to reserve your place at what will be our largest event to date!
