Our community has benefited greatly from the continuous contributions Jim and Bobbi Lepi have selflessly given through the years.
They were the recipients of this year’s Dick Johnson Civic Leadership award because of all the support they have shown to the communities of Zanesville and Dresden. They are quick to donate to school sports teams, support local businesses including our own Dresden Buzz, aid in community projects, they have created job opportunities for many local residents, the list goes on and on.
When the need for personal protection equipment became evident it did not take long for Jim to spring into action and find a way to produce 2,000 disposable face shields for Genesis Hospital.
In just two weekends a team of D&Co employees and the Lepi family assembled the shields made from plastic report covers, elastic and foam while taking all necessary precautions described by Governor Mike DeWine and his team.
