A new community project is kicking off and it could be huge for Dresden.
Local resident, Ali Prince-Bendure took to Facebook on April 5th asking for ideas and a team of volunteers to help spearhead a community garden for the residents of Dresden.
Approval to plant in the empty lot on Main Street in the 800 block (across from Creno’s Pizza) was given by landowner Jim Lepi prior to the post.
Lones Landscaping and Excavating made a generous donation of enough soil to make 5 raised beds.
