A Reminder to Continue to Be Vigilant

As we finalize this 25th issue in volume two of the Dresden Buzz we are excited for the future as businesses continue to reopen, training for various sports have begun and events are beginning to be planned. However, we need to be reminded through all of our summer plans to remain vigilant in protecting our friends, family, and neighbors by following social guidelines.

On Thursday, June 4 the Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency shared that there have been 54 cases of COVID-19 in our county (many of these cases have developed since the reopening began in May. Also, the first death of a patient with COVID-19 in Muskingum County has been reported.

At the Buzz we pride ourselves on publishing positive local news. We are only writing this out of concern for our communities. Stay safe! <3
