MARS of SE Ohio is a hidden gem in Nashport Ohio. MARS, which stands for Mobile Appearance Reconditioning Services, was started in 2007 by Bill and Chris Garbrandt of Nashport. MARS is an independently owned appearance reconditioning business dedicated to the highest standard in customer service and high-quality repairs.
MARS was a franchise business that Bill and his wife, Chris purchased in 2007. The franchisor went out of business in late 2009 and Bill and three other franchisees took the reigns and kept over 20 of the original franchisees together to continue providing services to the wholesale and retail sectors. Bill is currently the Chief Communications Officer for the new company called MARS Nation Inc. (www.themarsnation.com) they currently provide service all over the USA on the east and west as well as the Pacific Northwest.
“We believe the best approach to maintaining value in your vehicle is to maintain it’s appearance. This is truly possible with constant responsible cleaning and or detailing,” explained Bill.
MARS provides services that go beyond your typical detail shop such as paint touch up, paint correction (scratch repair) leather, vinyl repair, car and truck accessories, windshield chip repair, vehicle odor removal, vehicle sanitization service by bactakleen.com and ceramic coatings. Their services also translate well to the RV and furniture markets as well.
Each year Bill and other team members from MARS Nation attend various trade shows and events like the SEMA show in Las Vegas to stay up-to-date on the latest in industry trends and standards.
These days Bill operates the MARS of SE Ohio on his own which allows him to provide quality one-on-one customer service.
He and Chris are avid supporters of the arts and athletics for the Tri-Valley and Zanesville area. They have three children all raised in Nashport in the Dillon Hills neighborhood.
