Grant writer Mickey Smith with Ohio First Responders Grants, LLC has been able to help Frazeysburg Volunteer Fire Department secure another grant that will fund the purchase of updated life-saving equipment.
A grant in the amount of $184,285.71 was awarded to the Frazeysburg Fire Department from the FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant. All of the department’s SCBA’s (air packs) will be replaced as well as their compressor/fill station.
Ohio First Responder Grants, LLC posted on Facebook at the end of July that the current cumulative total for FY2019 Awards stands at $5,066,433.
