Sealed bids will be received by the Cass Township Trustees until 7:00 p.m. On September 2, 2020 and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Cass Township Hall, 3215 4th Street, Trinway, Ohio 43842, for the chip-sealing of 4 miles of Township Roads. Township trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. Information for bidders and specifications are available from the office of the county engineer.
