Coach Rod Gibson’s team took a hard loss on “Pink Night” against non-conference opponents from New Philadelphia, but they bounced back quickly as they beat visiting Zanesville team on October 3rd at Kenny Wolford Park in Dresden.
Back on the road the Scotties took a win against conference rivals John Glenn with a 1 – 0 victory bringing their MVL record to 6 – 2 and an overall record of 8 – 6 as they look forward to the last week of regular season play.
The Scotties will host two more games this week at Kenny Wolford park. On Saturday the Dawgs will be facing off against non-conference Marietta High School, followed by a Tuesday evening game against MVL newcomers Coshocton.
