Amateur Radio Technician Class License Course

Place: On-line via video teleconference. Details will be provided with registration.

Start Date: Saturday, March 13, 2021 and every Saturday for about 9 weeks.

Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Tentative date for official ARRL Administered Official FCC License Exam: June 5, 2021 but depends on progress of class

Registration: Students must register in advance with Mr. Earl Paazig, email@paazig.net or by phone at 740-504-1950. Registrations may be limited and will be accepted until March 10, 2021. Registrants will be asked for their name, phone number, and email address.

Cost to participants: The course is free however participants must provide and be prepared with writing and note‑taking materials. You won’t want to miss a note. Students will be required to download and print a free copy of the Study Guide available at: https://paazig.net/owncloud/index.php/s/wT13jVN4zm1BTOP/download

Students will need to provide their own computers and high-speed internet connection to be successful with this course of study. Web cams are optional. The teleconferencing software provides video and audio presentation along with a chat feature.

The official FCC Exam has a fee. The current fee is $15.00. However, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) may be increasing their fee in the future.
