John Glenn Statue Arrives at Statehouse

submitted

Sen Glenn’s statue was placed at the Statehouse this Wednesday. It is located in the Statehouse “Map Room”; the very heart of the building. Zanesville’s own Alan Cottrill now has artwork in both the US Capitol (Thomas Edison) and the Ohio Statehouse. A true master!

As you can see, the statue immediately drew a crowd and will be on display in Columbus for at least a year. Please don’t believe the negative reports: Americans have FAR more in common than we have differences. All of us respect the innovation, courage, unified effort, and patriotism Sen Glenn’s statue represents.

America is exceptional and remains the greatest Nation in history. Tomorrow can be even better; Sen Glenn points the way.
