Tri-Valley Baseball Is Off To A Swinging Start

On Tuesday, March 23rd, at Kenny Wolford Park in Dresden, the Scotties faced off against Garaway in an exhibition game. The Dawgs were aggressive and made sure that Garaway would not forget the game with a massive 8 – 1 victory.

Head coach Kevin Yoder rotated through the Dawgs bullpen starting off with Hansel Holmes who pitched 3 innings only allowing 1 hit and 0 runs, followed by Bennett Baker who pitched for 2 innings with 1 walk and 0 runs. Next on the mound was veteran pitcher Aidan Fritter who stepped up to pitch 2 innings with 1 unearned run. Finishing off the game was Ethan McClellan pitching 1 inning with 2 walks and 0 runs.

After the game on Tuesday the Dawgs travelled to Dover, Ohio where they played a 4 inning exhibition game shutting out the Tornadoes on Thursday, March 25th. Tri-Valley dominated the game with a 3 – 0 win with runs brought in by Aidan Fritter, Luke Hill, and Maison Crawford.

The Scotties travel to Newark High School on Saturday, March 27th for a 1pm non-conference game.
