Washington, DC – Tami Longaberger, the eldest daughter of Dave Longaberger and former CEO of The Longaberger Company based in central Ohio opens up about selling the company, growing up as her father’s daughter and her experience as a mom among other things.
The Longaberger basket company is not only a household name in Ohio because of their beautifully handmade products but also due to their direct selling model that was inclusive of everyday people who wanted to create their own businesses and have flexibility and control over their own success.
Longaberger worked for her father since the age of fourteen and became the President of the company in 1995. She opens up to Co-Host of Greener Grass Podcast, Kelli McVay who she mentored for many years. Longaberger is currently the Global Head of Partnerships at C5 Capital based in Washington, DC.
