It has been a very big football season for this group of boys ranging in age from 11 – 12 years old. For a good number of the players on Coach Jason Brock’s Tri-Valley biddy league football team, this was their sixth year playing and they were working hard to learn the skills necessary to be good football players.
In years past the team would have good seasons and bad seasons but never quite made it all the way to the MVL championship game. This season however was very different, after missing their 2020 season due to COVID restrictions, the boys came back this year with something to prove, not only to everyone else but also to themselves.

“It was a huge accomplishment for these boys” stated head coach Jason Brock.
During the season the team took on team after team and beat all but Zanesville during regular season play, and then again at the MVL championship game. All together the boys walked away with a 10 – 2 season, a great accomplishment for any team and the ability to say that they were the first Tri-Valley Biddy League team to make it to the MVL playoff game.
Coach Brock went on to add “It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, that’s how winning is done.”
