Tri-Valley Scuttled John Glenn To Stay Undefeated In MVL Play

Much like the rest of the season for the Dawgs, when the hit the road to visit neighboring rivals John Glenn Lil’ Muskies, they brought their “A” game and put it all on the court, sinking any chances of losing their undefeated status in the MVL in the face-off.

Even though John Glenn has had a mediocre season in the MVL the Scotties were not about to underestimate them in this matchup. Right from the tipoff the Dawgs were crushing their opponents with fast rebounds and quick shots bringing point after point to make the game look like a practice session. In the first quarter of play the boys punished the Muskies with a huge 15 – 4 lead before the first buzzer.

Quarter 2 was even worse as the Scotties held their MVL challengers to just 2 points as they piled on another 21 points of their own sending John Glenn to the locker room down 36 – 6.

After the break the Dawgs almost repeated the second quarter grabbing another 21 points to head into the fourth with a 57 – 11 point spread.

In the final quarter of the game the boys went toe to toe with their competitors as they both put up another 6 points to call the quarter a draw, but the damage had been done and the Scotties walked away with another MVL win with a score of 63 – 17 and still undefeated in the MVL.
