“The Game Was Afoot” For Tri-Valley Drama Club As They Presented Sherlock Holmes

Tri-Valley drama club in collaboration with The Renner Theater and Zane Trace Players presented Sherlock Holmes on Friday, December 16th, and Saturday, December 17th. The show was a lively mystery revolving around a set of letters from a dead girl that would cause grave international problems. Holmes gets involved as professor Moriarty and his gang plot to take over London. With Holmes blocking the professor’s plans at every turn, he vows to take his revenge and many crazy antics ensue.

The play put on by Ms. Marley Kennedy’s drama club and its over 50 cast and crew members was performed in front of a nearly packed house despite the cold weekend temperatures and spitting snow. The show featured Alivia Ross as Sherlock Holmes, Hayden Weck as Dr. Watson, and Zoey Coakwell as the formidable Professor Moriarty.

Sherlock Holmes was adapted by Tim Kelly and produced in special arrangement with the Pioneer Drama Service.
