The Zanesville United States Bowling Congress (USBC) donated $5,000 to Genesis HealthCare System for its Breast Cancer Fund. The money was raised during the Strike Out Breast Cancer Bowling Tournament held at Sunrise Bowling Alley in February.
“Each year the organizers and bowlers of the Strike Out Breast Cancer fundraiser amaze us with their determination to help people in our community receive high-quality breast care,” said Pebbles Thornton, Director of Genesis Cancer, Palliative Medicine and Hospice Services. “We are grateful for this generous donation that benefits our patients.”
