The 2023 Adamsville Homecoming begins with the traditional Homecoming Parade on Wednesday, July 19 at 6:30 p.m. with the introduction of the Queen and Court at Gaumer Park. Thursday, July 20 at 6 p.m. the Melissa Marie School of Dance with perform. Afterward, at 7 p.m., Dance Express takes the stage, the kid’s pedal tractor pull is also at 7 p.m., and at 7:45 p.m. the Appalachian Outlaws perform. Friday, July 21 at 6 p.m. the Garden Tractor Pulls take place and at 8 p.m. look for live music. The final day, Saturday, July 22, brings a day full of activities starting at 10 a.m. with the Farm Stock Tractor Pull followed by Stock Trucks, kids games are planned for 2 p.m., Whiskey Ridge performs from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., at dusk there will be a firework show, and the homecoming wraps up at 11 p.m. with the raffle wagon. Amusement rides and bingo (6-10 p.m.) can be expected nightly. On Wednesday bingo will begin after the parade. Wristband presales are available at Bakers Store for $15. Presale has begun and will end July 19 at noon. Wristbands are valid for one day of your choice. They will cost $20 at the Homecoming.

Grand Marshals
Ed and Mary Ann Miller are lifelong residents of the Adamsville community. They share many memories of their younger years involved in the community.
Ed is an Army Veteran. He was very active in sports with coaching and teaching kids to get along and work as a team, Ed himself played ball until he was 60 years old and then decided he’d better quit as he couldn’t see the ball anymore. Ed is an excellent hunter and trapper and has taught his family well. Ed was employed with Oglesby Concrete, he loved working concrete.
Mary Ann has always been by Ed’s side through life. Mary Ann is a cancer survivor and gives God the glory for this. Over the years Mary Ann has volunteered at the Adamsville Elementary School, she has also been a volunteer cutting pies in the kitchen at the Adamsville Homecoming. She has spent many hours watering community flowers up and down Main Street Adamsville. Together the couple has always enjoyed helping with projects in the community.
Ed and Mary and have been married for 58 years. They share three children; Eric, Erin, and Denise Miller, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren so far.

Co-Queen, Jenna Ashcraft
Hi, my name is Jenna Ashcraft when I get older I want to be a pediatric nurse. I love to spend time hunting and fishing. My biggest inspirations in life are my parents they have been there for me through whatever I wanted to do. In my free time, I like to spend time with friends and family. I went to Tri-Valley I played softball and I am in 4-H I am the president of Adamsville Mixed Cloverleaf 4-H I have been the president for 4 years. Jenna’s parents are the late Phil Ashcraft and Tammy Ashcraft.

Emma Bice
My name is Emma Bice and I am 2 years old. I love to play outside with my 2 doggies. I enjoy helping dad out in the garage and love to jump in the mud puddles after it rains. I love to help mom in the kitchen while she cooks. I have a very fun and outgoing personality once I get warmed up to people. My parents are Kaylee and Brandon Bice.
Flower Girl, Stella Dixie Bice
My name is Stella Dixie Bice. I am 5 years old and this year I will be going into kindergarten at Marysville Schools. I am excited to make new friends and learn new things. I enjoy riding my scooter with my daddy and cuddling with my dog Molly. I love helping my mom with my twin brother and sister. My favorite thing to do is dress up as a princess. My parents are Brook Bice and Emily Casteel.

Co-Queen, Sydney White
Sydney White is 18 years old and is the daughter of Matt and Betsy White. She graduated from John Glenn High School in May and is now attending Central Ohio Technical College to become a Radiology Technician. She was in 4-H for 9 years showing steers at the Muskingum County Fair and was a member of the John Glenn FFA Chapter for 4 years and served as an officer her senior year. She played volleyball for 3 years at John Glenn and played club volleyball for 9 years. She is also a member of Sacred Heart Church in Coshocton. Sydney loves to spend time with family on her family farm, and doing things with her friends and cousins.
Flower Girl, Gracie Babcock
Flower Girl, Gracie Ann Babcock is 3 years old and lives with her mom and dad Chelsey and Collin Babcock. She will be attending her first year of preschool at Mideast this fall. Gracie loves to sing, play outside, go fishing with her mom and dad, and going to the farm with her papaw Mike and uncle Bob.

Crown Bearer, Lucas Croft
Lucas Croft is 8 years old and lives in Coshocton with his mom and dad, Jen and Kyle Croft. He attends River View Local Schools and will be in the 3rd grade. Lucas’ hobbies are basketball, baseball, shooting BB guns, riding four wheelers, mowing grass, and spending time with family on his family farm.
