Leonard & Newland Real Estate Services opened their second Zanesville location and celebrated with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Friday, August 11 in front of their new Maple Avenue office (1136 Maple Avenue, Zanesville). They also have an office located at 601 Market Street downtown along with locations in Cambridge, Newcomerstown, and New Concord.
“This building was one of the first buildings we had our sight on when we knew we were going into business ourselves. It took us five years to make the decision to make it back here to where we first wanted to be,” said Co-owner Jeff Leonard.
Leonard & Newland’s services include helping prospective homeowners locate and purchase a home, assisting current homeowners in selling their homes, and offering auction services, as well as property management services.
