Operation Round Up is a program through the Energy Cooperative that raises money by rounding up a member’s bill to the nearest dollar and then donating that portion to local charities. The Roseville Volunteer Fire Department was a recent recipient of a grant made possible by the program.
The grant has allowed the department to purchase four telescoping Streamlight battery-operated scene lights. The lights will be used on Engine 1301 and Rescue 1301 to improve nighttime visibility at the scene of structure fires and car accidents.
