The Village of New Concord is pleased to announce the appointments of Michael Bennett and Yolanda Taylor to the New Concord Village Council. Mike and Yolanda will complete the council terms, which end December 31, 2025. We thank them for their important service to the community and welcome them to Village leadership.
The Village is also pleased to announce the promotion of Dalton Flinn to the position of New Concord Village Administrator from Assistant Village Administrator, and the appointment of Chris Huebner to the newly-created position of Public Works Director from Village Administrator. Dalton has been with the Village since 2021, and Chris since 2006.
