Dear Parents:
The Tri-Valley Biddy Wrestling season is approaching and sign-ups will be held on Sunday November 4th beginning at 6:00 PM in the Tri-Valley High School Commons Area. During this time there will be an informational meeting held with coaches from the highschool and biddy program present. Practice and competition schudles will be distributed and additional information about what to be expect from this upcomming season will be addressed. All parents of students interested in participating should attend. We are excited about the continued growth of our biddy program here at Tri-Valley; Biddy Wrestling is the foundation of a prgrams success and it is pivotal that these kids enjoy their experience and we hope to make this year a fun and memorable one for everyone involved.
Why Wrestling?
Wrestling provides a fun, healthy, physical and competitive outlet, as well as a way of staying active during the winter months when children are inside more than out. More importantly, the intangable benefits the sport of wrestling provides is unparalleled: hard work, discipline, respect, accountablility, confidence, humility, to name just a few. The one on one experience of wrestling teaches participants how to compete, how to be aggressive, and the importance of how to win or lose.
