The Muskingum County Library System would like residents to know that while our buildings are not yet open to the public, our book drops have reopened. For the safety of our community and staff we are quarantining items for several days before processing. This will delay the returned date on your items. To help ease this transition we are not issuing any late fees for any item returned in May 2020. If a book drop is full, please do not attempt to add items
