Federal Elite Heating & Cooling would like to invite you to our Grand Opening on Thursday, June 13th from 2-6pm at our new Corporate Office and Training Facility located at 5810 Raiders Rd Frazeysburg.
Federal Elite Heating & Cooling, located in Muskingum County, has been a family owned and operated company for over 32 years and a 2019 Bryant Medal of Excellence and Aces award winner. From 2013 to now we have grown from 10 employees to over 70, with 3 locations servicing this area and a sister company in Dover. Operating a fleet of more than 50 vehicles out in the local communities.
Through this growth, we found it necessary to split the service and installation departments into separate locations, with service and dispatch out of the new Frazeysburg location and installation and sales remaining at the Dresden location. This has allowed more warehouse space to keep a larger variety of service and repair parts, as well as filters on hand for our customers. Within the new location we have created a large training room that will be outfitted with the latest technologies in remote video conferencing to allow training and meetings with all locations at the same time, creating less downtime so that we can better serve customers.
We are also excited to announce that this facility will become home to Federal Elite Training Academy to be launching soon. This program of study will allow any individuals interested in a career in HVAC to attend classes, led by an industry-certified trainer/facilitator and receive all certifications necessary, becoming an asset to the HVAC community. Federal Elite Heating & Cooling is excited for you to join us and meet the staff putting faces with the names, while enjoying some free food provided by The Habegger Corporation in Zanesville, Ohio and listening to some great music by Whiz Radio. Character Express will also be on location beginning around 4:15 until 6pm. There will also be face painting, and other games/activities. The ribbon cutting will be held at 4pm with the Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce.
