Obituary: Mark Lewis Frazier

Mark Lewis Frazier, 58, of Groveport, Ohio passed away peacefully at OSU Hospital in Columbus Ohio. Born 2/24/1964 to Jerald L. Frazier and the late Shirley Walcott Frazier. Graduated from Tri-Valley High School 1982, Graduated for Otterbein College 1986. He was an instrumental music and drama teacher for Hamilton Local Schools in Obetz, Ohio for 31 years as a band director and 22 years during the same period as the district s musical director. After retirement Mark went on to serve as creative director for the Hamilton Township High School Musical and the Logan Elm Marching Band.

Survived by husband Dan Mummaw, parents Jerry (Donna) Frazier sister Lisa (Jim) Wriston nieces Robyn Mills, Heather and Caitlin Wriston, nephew Keegan Wriston, Stepsister Lori (Mike) Luallen Niece Chelsey Luallen nephew Andrew Wennifer Luallen, Great nieces Meri and Ava Luallen, Stepbrother Todd (Donna) Hanks, Nephews Jamie and Jonathan Hanks, Special aunt and uncle Carolyn and Bill Green, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was predeceased by his mother Shirley Walcott Frazier, Grandparents John Max and Kathryn Frazier, Russell, and Hazel Walcott.

Celebration of Life Memorial September 13th 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hamilton Township High School Auditorium 1105 Rathmell Road Columbus, OH 43207.

Graveside Memorial Service September 25th 3PM at the Frazeysburg Cemetery 10905 West Carlisle Rd. Frazeysburg, OH 43822.
