Ceremony Taking Place at Secrest Auditorium
On Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 6 p.m., Zane State College will host its annual Commencement at Secrest Auditorium, located at 334 Shinnick St., Zanesville, OH, 43701. The event will recognize the achievements of 227 graduating students. Graduates, along with their ticket-holding guests, are cordially invited to attend the ceremony.
This year’s keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Karen A. Stout, President and CEO of Achieving the Dream. The evening includes a musical performance, with violin and keyboard duets by Dr. Laura E. Schumann, Music Director and Conductor of the Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra, accompanied by Sheryl Wise. Additionally, Zane State College 2010 Alumnus Stephen Morrison will lead the singing of the Alma Mater and National Anthem.
