        Tri-Valley boys bowling grabs MVL Title while TV girls and

        Maysville improve season records




        TRI-VALLEY BOWLING

        Vs New Lexington (01/21)
          Varsity Boys clinched the MVL league
        title versus New Lexington on Tuesday.
          On a night that started with a struggle,
        some found their way to the pocket and
        stepped up to help keep the varsity boys
        unbeaten and clinching the MVL league.
        Caiden Hogue posted a 212 (416) Wade
        Hockenberry pitched in a 200 game and
        Cale Preston came through with a 195
        game. Tri-Valley defeated the  Panthers
        2054-1635.  Improving the  boys to 16-
        0(11-0 MVL)
          Varsity girls also saw their own obsta-
        cles to overcome on the lanes and as the
        boys did they pulled through when need-
        ed  to  defeat the Panthers  1395-1337.
        Moving their record to 9-4(7-1 MVL)
          The  girls  were  led by Hayleigh Davis
        134, Macy Ashcraft 117(232).

        Vs Granville and New
        Lexington (1/16)
          Thursday the Dawgs took  on  New
        Lex  and  Granville(non-league)  varsity
        boys and JV black both picked up wins.
        Girls varsity defeated New Lex and fell
        to a tough Granville squad. JV Gold also
        picked up a non-league victory.
          Leading  the  varsity boys 15-0  (10-0
        MVL) was Cale Preston 213(410) Wade
        Hockenberry 196(381),  and Caiden
        Hogue 196(376). Shooting a team total
        of 2267 to New Lex (1814) and Granville
        (1985)
          Girls  Varsity  8-4  (6-1  MVL)  defeated
