John McIntire Library to Close for One Day During Renovation Work

As part of the ongoing John McIntire Library remodel, the John McIntire Library will be closed to the public on Tuesday, May 20, due to planned construction activity that includes heavy digging and structural work. This work is expected to produce loud noise and strong odors, making the building unsuitable for visitors and staff.

While the John McIntire Library building will be closed, all off-site library programs scheduled for that day will continue as planned, and all other branch libraries will remain open and operate with regular hours.

We appreciate the community’s continued support and patience. For updates on the project or alternative service options, please visit www.muskingumlibrary.org or follow us on social media.
