The Village of New Concord will be replacing the storm drain on Speer Alley on Tuesday, July 22, weather permitting. This is changed from Monday, July 21. Miller Alley will be closed from Comin St. to Speer Alley and Speer Alley will be closed from Harper St to Miller Alley on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Please plan to use alternate routes.
