The Pataskala Porpoises and the Logan Hurricanes traveled to Dresden on Thursday to compete against the Dorados at the Dresden Swim Center.
The Dorado relay team of Emma Malone, Ellison Stanbery, Lillian Cottrell, and Eloise Cottrell took top spot in the Girls 8 & Under 100 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 2:10.39. In the Girls 9-10 100 Yard Medley Relay was won by the team of Olivia Thornton, Hensley Kaiser, Regan Stanbery, and Raven McFadden, with a top time of 1:26.31. The team of Carter Cunningham, Warren Stover, Tyler Vu, and Cade Olinger won the Boys 9-10 100 Yard Medley Relay, with a time of 1:32.05. Aspen Rainwater, Maddie Dougherty, Candace Louise Shipp, and Jerika Paisley won the Girls 11-12 200 Yard Medley Relay, swimming in at 2:42.08. The top swimmers in the Boys 11-12 200 Yard Medley Relay were the team of Kendrick Kimble, Henry Nicholson, Wade Jones, and Slate McDonald, with a time of 2:49.50.Kate Cunningham, Nora Breece, Rylinn Martin, and Kenzie Roach were the first-place finishers in the Girls 13-14 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 2:35.95 For the Boys 13-14 200 Yard Medley Relay, the team of Camden Lenox, Creed Fuhriman, Bryan Jang, and Ammon Martin took first, with a time of 2:21.13. The team of Riley Gottardi, Camryn Cunningham, Stella Fuhriman, and Nora Dillehay won the Women’s 15-18 200 Yard Medley Relay. Tanner Mohler, Coen Fuhriman, Tyler Mohler, and Kollin Buckner won the Mens 15-18 Medley Relay with a time of 1:50.20.
In the Girls 9-10 100 Yard IM, Olivia Thornton took the top spot with a time of 1:34.43. Aspen Rainwater won the Girls 11-12 100 Yard IM with a time of 1:32.69. In Boys 11-12 100 Yard IM, Wade Jones won the race with a time of 1:24.07. Nora Breece won the Girls 13-14 100 Yard IM with a time of 1:29.07. Tanner Mohler had a time of 1:02.66 to win the Mens 15-18 100 Yard IM. With a time of 22.20 in the Boys 7-8 25 Yard Freestyle, Sullivan Miranda took first place. Olivia Thornton was back in the top spot in the Girls 9-10 25 Yard Freestyle with a time of 15.55. In the Boys 9-10 25 Yard Freestyle, Carter Cunningham took the win for the Dorados with a time of 19.25. With a time of 27.38, Stella Fuhriman won the Womens 15-18 50 Yard Freestyle. Tyler Mohler won the Mens 15-18 50 Yard Freestyle, with a time of 22.89. In the Girls 11-12 50 Yard Freestyle, Jerika Paisley won with a time of 32.58. Wade Jones had a time of 31.17 in the Boys 11-12 to win for the Dorados. Rylinn Martin had a time of 33.12 to win the Girls 13-14 50 Yard Freestyle. Bryan Jiang swam in first place with a time of 28.50 in the Boys 13-14 50 Yard Freestyle. Tyler Vu had a winning time of 34.21 in the Boys 9-10 50 Yard Freestyle. Tyler Mohler won the Mens 15-18 100 Yard Freestyle, with a time of 51.45. In the Girls 7-8 25 Yard Backstroke, Lillian Cottrell had a time of 23.90, beating out the competition. Jensen Adams had a time of 25.40 in the Boys 7-8 25 Yard Backstroke to win for Dresden. Oakley Honsvick won the Girls 9-10 25 Yard Backstroke for the Dorados with a time of 23.39. In the Boys 9-10 25 Yard Backstroke, Tyler Vu won the race with a time of 23.38. Candace Louise Shipp won the Girls 11-12 50 Yard Backstroke. In the Boys 11-12 50 Yard Backstroke, it was Dresden’s Kendrick Kimble who won with a time of 42.14. Bryan Jiang won the Boys 13-14 50 Yard Backstroke with a time of 33.05. Riley Gottardi won the Womens 15-18 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 1:15.16. Likewise, Tanner Mohler won the Mens 15-18 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 1:00.47. Lillian Cottrell won the Girls 8 & Under 25 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 31.23. Jensen Adams had a winning time of 33.10 in the Boys 8 & Under 25 Yard Breaststroke. Oakley Honsvick had a top time of 22.91 in the Girls 9-10 25 Yard Breaststroke. In the Girls 11-12 50 Yard Breaststroke, Maddie Dougherty had the top time of 46.41. Creed Fuhriman won the Boys 13-14 50 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 38.65. Henry McCann won the Boys 8 & Under 25 Yard Butterfly with a time of 35.49. Tyler Vu had a top time of 18.04 in the Boys 9-10 25 Yard Butterfly. Wade Jones swam in at 35.61 to win the Boys 11-12 50 Yard Butterfly. The Girls 13-14 50 Yard Butterfly was won by the Dorado’s Rylinn Martin with a time of 35.01. Stella Fuhriman won the Womens 15-18 50 Yard Butterfly with a time of 29.81. Tyler Mohler had the winning time of 26.06 in the Mens 15-18 50 Yard Butterfly. The team of Emma Malone, Eloise Cottrell, Ellison Stanbery, and Lillian Cottrell won the Girls 8 & Under 100 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 2:34.12. The Dorados team of Hensley Kaiser, Regan Stanbery, Raven McFadden, and Olivia Thornton won the Girls 9-10 100 Yard Freestyle Relay, with a time of 1:15.14. The team of Carter Cunningham, Warren Stover, Cade Olinger, and Tyler Vu won the Boys 9-10 100 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 1:17.37. Candace Louise Shipp, Aspen Rainwater, Olivia Williams, and Jerika Paisley comprised the Dorados team that won the Girls 11-12 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, with a time of 2:25.86. Kendrick Kimble, Slate McDonald, Henry Nicholson, and Wade Jones won the Boys 11-12 200 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 2:27.03. In the Girls 13-14 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, the Dorados team of Kenzie Roach, Ashlynn Lewellen, Nora Breece, and Rylinn Martin had a winning time of 2:17.86. The team of Creed Fuhriman, Jonathan Braddock, Camden Lenox, and Bryan Jiang won the Boys 13-14 200 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 2:07.58. In the Womens 15-18 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, the team of Camryn Cunningham, Riley Gottardi, Nora Dillehay, and Stella Fuhriman won the race with a time of 1:55.47. Tanner Mohler, Kollin Buckner, Coen Fuhriman, and Tyler Mohler won the Mens 15-18 200 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 1:38.13.
