Back to School Bash – Sail into a New School Year!

The Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department is hosting a Back to School Bash – Sail into a New School Year on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon at 205 N. 7th St., Zanesville.  The event will feature activities provided by Muskingum County Library System, Muskingum Literacy Council, and Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office.  This event is perfect for ages 4-6.  A treasure hunt, games, activities, and prizes are all planned. Plus, free child ID cards will be provided by the Sheriff’s Office.

A treasure map will lead children around the inside of the Health Department to different stations filled with fun activities AND treasure prizes. Come step aboard and join our crew!
