Nearby track teams hit the OHSAA State track platform

Cambridge

For the Bobcats, Paisley Williams finished third in the Girls Pole Vault. In the D3 District competition, she hit a height of 12-10 to win the title along with a fourth-place finish in the 100 Meter Hurdles. After moving on to Regionals, she took the top podium position that sent her to State by vaulting at 13-0.

Bailey Anderson took fifteenth in Girls Discus. Anderson finished third in Discus at D3 Districts and fourth at Regionals to earn her place on the main stage.

Crooksville 

Hannah Sheets took fifteenth in the Girls 3200 Meter Run. Sheets finished third in the event at D4 Districts, as well as taking a fifth-place finish in the Girls 1600 Meter Run to move on to Regionals, where she took eighth place in the 3200.

Granville

Tory Reynolds finished third in the Girls High Jump at State. In D2 Districts, Reynolds hit a High Jump mark of 5-0 to earn the Title, as well as finishing second in the Girls Long Jump. At Regionals, she took sixth in the Long Jump and finished fourth in the High Jump. 

Sophie Price took fourteenth in the Girls High Jump. Sophie finished second in the event at D2 Districts, as well as taking a seventh-place finish in the Girls 300 Meter Hurdles. She finished in sixth place for High Jump at Regionals.

Annie McCracken stood at the second-place podium position in the Girls Pole Vault. McCracken had a height of 12-0 to finish first at Districts, and then improved to 13-0 for a Regional Title. 

In the Boys 100 and 200 Meter Dash, Boden Shoaps finished fourth. Shoaps was the champion at D2 Districts in the 100 Meter and finished second in the 200 Meter. He took third and fourth, respectively, in the events at Regionals. 

Cade Roberts took third in the Boys High Jump. Cade reached a height of 6-4 in Districts for the title in the event. He had a fifth-place podium finish at Regional competition.

New Lexington

In the Girls High Jump, Ava Snedeker finished in 10th place. At D3 Districts, Snedeker finished third in the event as well as taking third in the Girls 400 Meter Dash. Ava went on to place fourth in the Girls High Jump at Regionals to catapult her onto the State platform.
